Will Mitchell
The Senior Pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church - Tacoma is Reverend Willie James Mitchell from Alvaton, Georgia. God called him to preach at the tender age of fifteen, and years later he was ordained as a Minister on October 13, 2003 under the leadership of Pastor Emeritus Dr. Freeman S. Rhoades.
Rev. Will previously served as an Associate Minister of Bethlehem Baptist Church for twenty years. The Lord has blessed his calling and he is able to minister to the masses, He is a charismatic and effective preacher who is led by the spirit of God through Praise, Worship, and Song.

Passions of the Pastor
In addition to preaching, teaching and fostering relationships with the members of 'Sweet' Bethlehem, Pastor Mitchell spends quality time for his wife Deshunda (who is always by his side). Will is also somewhat of a sneaker head and looks pretty good on the golf green.
